Jacob came to my home exactly when I wanted my windows cleaned. He was on time and very neat while he cleaned my windows. He did an estimate before he started so that was nice as well. Young Mr. Padilla is quite respectful and professional. His prices and his work are excellent, thus my rating. He works hard and will take care of any issues or problems you may have with his work. . . or so he says; I had no issues at all. I was so impressed I immediately asked him to do my office building, which he is doing this morning. I also told three other offices in the complex about him, as I think young people who work hard and do good work at fair prices need to be encouraged. Top flight. I saw the poor review he was given by someone else but assume it was from an unscrupulous competitor, as there is NOTHING in his demeanor or actions that would EVER support referring to Mr. Padilla as a snake or dishonest!

Jacob of Sunshine Windows was prompt, clean and polite. He returned my call with in 10 minutes and provided an estimate right away,and emailed it to me directly. He called prior to arrival and was on time. He confirmed the work to be done and did an excellent job! We can see beautifully through our unstreaked windows . He made sure we were happy with the work done and left no trace in the house. Be wore shoe covers as well. Great ful to have found him. Prices are reasonable and senior discount given as well. Looking forward to doing business with him again. I also will let my neighbors know of our terrific experience with Jacob.

We hired Jacob to install our Christmas lights on our house. He showed up at the agreed upon time. He made sure we understood what he was going to do and listened to what we expected. He did a great job; was very thorough. We are extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend him.

Jacob was polite, pleasant, and did a thorough job cleaning the windows. He touched up a few streaks, and was very professional. He also cleaned the light fixture in our vaulted entry way. He is a perfectionist and so I am so it was awesome.
